stress levels rise. We become more aware of being stressed. Smoking then raises
nicotine levels - sedates that craving - and we feel less stressed.
So the illusion is complete ! Smoking only reduces the stress that nicotine craving
causes....... In fact - tobacco took control - and you became a tobacco junkie !
So why quit ? The facts about smoking and smoking side effects are sombre enough.
You pay for each cigarette many times ! Only once directly through the pocket -

You smell bad and pollute the air for others - including the children you
