A reply in person is more likely on weekdays between 1 pm and 2 pm

or after 8.30 pm ( most weekday evenings)

At other times or weekends an immediate reply is not always possible.

I am happy - and generally prefer - to discuss matters with new clients

prior to their making an appointment. Convenient times can be

arranged

If you choose to leave a telephone message I will return

your call within 2 - 3hrs.

E - mail may not be received or answered until the evening.

If you need to re-arrange or cancel an appointment with less than

FIVE working days’ notice - please do this by telephone.
