Moderate amounts of exercise improve both physical and mental well-being.

I am only too happy to assist clients who wish to cycle.

Rather than risk mischief to your machine whilst parked outside you are welcome to leave it in my hallway during your session.

Please let me know that is what you would like to do when making appointments.

A number of local cycle routes pass very close to the practice.
